JAG has been in business since 2006 under the previous name, Holistic Financial Management and consulting Services and in 2023 the name has been changed to reflect the current name. The Management Consulting dimension focuses on providing Services for businesses for small business in the areas of training and preparation for and assist in finding loans and grants. The Financial aspect focuses on providing individual and business tax Services as well as Payroll and bookkeeping to businesses.

Dr. Golding
Founder & CEO
Dr Golding is a trained professional, first in the academic field as a professor in various business
disciplines, an accountant for profit and non-profit organizations across different industries spanning
over twenty five years of experience. He possesses a Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate in Finance,
management; Accounting, Business administration and Leadership respectively. Dr Golding has been an active Real Estate Representative and practiced Mortgage lending.
